To further strengthen team cohesion, enhance collaborative efficiency, and foster a positive, united, and supportive corporate culture, Yuji Company carefully planned and organized a team-building event for its Business Department under the theme “Unite Our Hearts, Move Forward Together.” All employees traveled together to Hongdoulings Resort for a two-day, one-night team-building retreat. Amidst the scenic mountains and waters, they relaxed, deepened their bonds, and through interactive activities, united their strength and discussed the future, jointly writing a new chapter in the company’s team development.

On the morning of March 12, all employees gathered in high spirits and full of anticipation. They boarded the buses in an orderly fashion and headed to the first stop of the team-building event—Hongdouling Resort. Along the way, everyone laughed and chatted freely, sharing amusing anecdotes from their personal lives and insights from their work. The initially tense atmosphere gradually gave way to a relaxed and joyful mood, setting a warm and harmonious tone for the event.

That afternoon, the team-building event officially kicked off, and all employees headed to the mountains surrounding the resort for a hike. In the spring mountains, vegetation was sprouting, birds were singing, and flowers were in bloom, filling the air with a refreshing and pleasant scent. Along the way, everyone encouraged and cheered each other on, with laughter and joy echoing through the mountains. Not only did they get some exercise, but walking side by side also strengthened their trust and teamwork, giving them a deep appreciation for the true meaning of “unity is strength.” After more than an hour of effort, all employees successfully reached the summit. Gazing down at the scenic beauty below and savoring the joy and sense of accomplishment of reaching the top, all their fatigue melted away, replaced by the joy of achievement.

As night fell, the festive atmosphere at Hongdouling Resort grew even more vibrant. The company had carefully organized a variety of activities, including fun games, sing-alongs, and a bonfire party, allowing everyone to let loose and enjoy the evening to the fullest. Everyone gathered around the bonfire, lit the flames, and, accompanied by lively music, joined hands and hearts as they danced and celebrated. Amidst the laughter and joy, they grew closer to one another, feeling the warmth and sense of belonging within the team. Throughout the night, the campfire illuminated beaming faces, and the intertwining of song and laughter created the most unforgettable moments of this team-building event.

On March 13, the entire staff headed to the second stop of this team-building trip—Luojiezhai. Luojiezhai boasts stunning scenery, surrounded by mountains and shrouded in mist. The lush greenery covering the hills and valleys contrasts beautifully with the picturesque, terraced village, creating a scene reminiscent of a magnificent landscape painting. Upon arriving at Luojiezhai, everyone strolled leisurely along the mountain trails, marveling at nature’s masterful craftsmanship, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and savoring the tranquility and comfort of being far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

With the conclusion of the sightseeing tour at Luojiezhai, this two-day, one-night team-building event came to a successful close. This team-building event not only allowed employees to fully relax amidst their busy work schedules and appreciate the breathtaking scenery of Hongdouling and Luojiezhai, but also fostered communication and collaboration among staff through a series of diverse activities. It strengthened team cohesion and reinforced employees’ sense of responsibility and team spirit. After the event, everyone expressed that they had gained a great deal from the experience, feeling not only the company’s care and warmth but also the importance of teamwork.
